These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Silikode website (silikode.com). By browsing or using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Purpose of the site

Silikode is a technology publication that publishes reviews, guides, news, comparisons and community setups. The content is informational and opinion-based. We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully. The following is prohibited, in particular:

User accounts

To access certain features (commenting, saving articles, setting price alerts, publishing setups) you need to create an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the activity carried out from your account. You must be at least 16 years old to register.

User-generated content

You are solely responsible for the content you publish on Silikode (comments, setups, ratings, images and others). By publishing it:

• You declare that you hold the necessary rights to that content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
• You grant Silikode a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and transferable license to host, reproduce, adapt, display and distribute that content on the site and its distribution channels, for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
• You take responsibility for any third-party personal data you may include.

Moderation

Silikode reserves the right to moderate, edit, unpublish or remove any content that breaches these terms or our community guidelines, and to suspend accounts in case of breach. Comment moderation combines automated systems and human review. We have no obligation to monitor all content, but we may do so.

Intellectual property

Silikode's editorial content (text, design, logo and other proprietary elements) is owned by Silikode and protected by intellectual property law. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires prior written authorization.

Some images and videos are not produced by us; where applicable, we identify the author or source through the corresponding credit.

Notice of infringement

If you believe that any content published on Silikode infringes your intellectual property rights, write to us at legal@silikode.com stating: the affected work, the URL of the content in question, your contact details, and a good-faith statement. We will assess the request and, where appropriate, remove the content.

The prices, deals and product availability shown are indicative, are captured at the time content is published or updated, and may change without notice at the destination store. The valid price and conditions are always those shown at the store at the time of purchase.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent ordinary courts of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to the rights that consumer protection regulations grant to users.
