When will the Pixel 10 be unveiled?
Google has already confirmed its next Made by Google event for Tuesday, October 8, 2025, where the official launch of the Pixel 10 is expected, alongside other ecosystem products such as the Pixel Fold 2, new Pixel Buds, and possibly a refreshed Pixel tablet.
The event will be streamed live from New York and will focus on the integration of Gemini AI with hardware, under the company’s new “AI-first” approach.

Pixel 10: what can we expect from the new flagship?
Although Google is keeping the details under wraps, leaks and reliable reports allow us to anticipate some key features of the new models.
Design
- 6.3" OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate
- Thinner, symmetrical bezels
- A redesigned rear camera module, more integrated into the body
- Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL will arrive in two sizes: 6.3" and 6.8", both with Super Actua technology to deliver higher brightness and contrast.
Performance
- All three models will debut the Tensor G5 chip, manufactured by TSMC on 3nm
- 12 GB for the Pixel 10 and 16 GB for the Pixel 10 Pro/Pro XL
- Android 15 out of the box with 7 years of guaranteed updates
Cameras
- Pixel 10: triple “Advanced” camera system with a 48 MP main sensor, 13 MP ultra-wide, and 10.8 MP telephoto with up to 20x zoom. 10.5 MP front camera with autofocus and 4K recording.
- Pixel 10 Pro / Pro XL: triple “Pro” camera system with a 50 MP main sensor, 48 MP ultra-wide, and 48 MP telephoto with up to 100x zoom. 42 MP front camera with autofocus, 8K recording, and Night Sight Video mode.
- Updated main sensor (possibly a new 50 MP Sony IMX)
- All models will integrate computational photography processing improvements with Gemini Nano (better Night Sight, portraits, and video)
Gemini AI at the center of everything
One of the key aspects of the Pixel 10 will be its deep integration with Gemini Nano, Google’s on-device AI model. It is expected to power:
- Smart real-time transcription
- Automatic call and message summaries
- Better contextual responses in Gboard, Assistant, and more
Google wants to differentiate the Pixel 10 not only through its hardware, but through how AI transforms the user’s everyday experience.
Battery, connectivity, and other details
- More than 24 hours of battery life across all models, with Qi2-certified Pixelsnap wireless charging and fast wired charging.
- Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and mmWave 5G network support
- Possible new Titan M3 security chip
An expanding ecosystem
In addition to the Pixel 10, the event could include:
- Pixel Fold 2 with an improved hinge and a thinner profile
- Pixel Buds 2a, a new lineup with connectivity improvements
- Possible new Pixel Tablet or Nest Hub with a detachable display
The entire ecosystem will focus on seamless connectivity and integrated AI, aiming to deliver a more cohesive experience versus iPhone + Apple Intelligence.
Conclusion
The Pixel 10 arrives with one of the biggest hardware upgrades in the history of the lineup, accompanied by a major leap in photography and battery life. With Gemini AI as the star. If it manages to combine power, computational photography, and a fluid experience, it could become the best Pixel released to date.
Now all that remains is to wait until October 8 to confirm whether all the leaks prove accurate… and whether Google delivers the decisive move it needs.
